He also oversees the Supplier Relations division, fostering trusted partnerships that deliver tangible benefits across diverse industries. His goal is to continue strengthening client relationships and leveraging proprietary technology to scale Sourcing Insights’ impact on a broader level.
Cameron earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management from Purdue University, with minors in Organizational Leadership and Entrepreneurship. He is also a graduate of the Columbia Club’s Community Impact Leadership program, a nine-month initiative focused on leadership, community engagement, and personal purpose.
Early in his career, Cameron joined Macy’s, Inc. as a Senior Analyst, managing indirect spend for over 600 stores nationwide. This Fortune 500 experience gave him deep insight into procurement methodologies and high-level retail operations, laying the foundation for his transition into a privately held, entrepreneurial environment at Sourcing Insights. Since joining the company in 2020, Cameron has led projects that have delivered substantial results, including a parcel cost reduction saving a client over $400,000 annually, telecom initiatives generating $300,000 in yearly savings, and Waste Management agreements yielding more than $500,000 in cost reductions. His current initiatives include evaluating corrugated and packaging, negotiating an insurance benefits program, and taking a seven-figure transportation spend to market, each representing significant opportunities for client savings and operational improvement.
Cameron has served on the Development Committee for the nonprofit New Hope of Indiana and is an active member of the Columbia Club’s Leadership & Civic Engagement Committee. These roles allow him to collaborate with leaders in the Indianapolis community while giving back in meaningful ways. He has also served as a Big Brother, mentoring a local youth through the Big Brothers Big Sisters program.
Outside of work, Cameron is relationship-driven and prioritizes time with family and friends, whether golfing, at the lake, traveling, watching the Purdue Boilermakers or Indianapolis Colts, or simply enjoying the outdoors.
