Steven Miller is an experienced executive serving the manufacturing industry for 35+ years. Steven’s entrepreneurial leadership style has driven startups of three buying consortiums and industry leading processes. Profoundly driven and perfectionistic by nature, Steven is committed to his clients, suppliers, and employees.


His distinguished career includes leading roles in global procurement strategies, business startup and growth initiatives, acquisitions, supply chain management, engineering and capital equipment procurement.

Steven is an author of several supply chain publications, including “Making the Grade” on measurement and sustainability of supplier performance. Steve has served on the Conference Leadership Board of Directors since 2015 for Institute of Supply Management.


He is a proud father of three children, Katie, Christian and Cameron. His interest includes coaching, golf, basketball and family time.

Karl Andersson is a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh with a BS in Accounting and a minor in Computer Science.   He earned his CPA and CISA after college while working at Coopers & Lybrand (now Price Waterhouse Coopers)  


Karl then founded Technology Insights Corporation in 1999 to bring laser-sharp result oriented solutions to the Recovery Audit Industry. In 2017, he co-founded Souring Fuel LLC, now Sourcing Insights.

Brian Deno is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College where he majored in Business Administration. His career spans over 33 years in the Supply Chain realm with companies such as RR Donnelley & Sons and Wabash National. Brian owned his own transportation company and has played key leadership roles in two startup companies. Brian brings a wealth of knowledge in contract negotiations across many industries along with a history of proven results and company growth.


Brian and his wife Deb reside in Lafayette.  They have 3 children, Brianne, Shelby and Nathan and 4 beautiful grandchildren.  

Director of Client Development


Tyler Conn has spent his entire career in procurement, both in a purchasing role and an outside sales role.   He has a wealth of knowledge in this industry from all perspectives.  He began his career at 3D Machine, Inc where he spent 6 years as their Purchasing Manager.  He then spent another 6 years at Thyssen Krupp Materials as a Territory Manager.  


Tyler resides in West Lafayette, IN with his 2 children Lexi and Trevor.  In his free time he enjoys playing sports, coaching his kids and spending time with his family.
