What Happened:

We recently engaged with a client in the private sector who has locations in the United States as well as Mexico. Our reason for engagement was to see how we might be able to control costs in their tele-communications department. Our client was aware they didnt have a clear line of sight into their spending in this department and was looking for solutions that would be cost effective and quick. We were both!

What Happened:

After a detailed assessment had been completed and we completely understood the clients needs, we assembled a plan of action, implemented our proprietary SourcingShark analytics into their operations and obtained the procurement clarity which allowed our team to spotlight potential opportunities for significant savings in telecommunications. Through our efforts our client was able to realize a 37% savings, $53,000 annually. Both we and our client agree that this was a Mission Accomplished!
